Ms. Prinz is a 1989 graduate of Northmont and embodies the values of the Roll of Recogniton. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University and went on to obtain a Master’s in Public Health Administration from the University of Tennessee. Over the years Jennifer has served in many capacities, such as intensive care Staff Nurse, Organ Recovery Coordinator, Director Quality Systems and Compliance of the Tennessee Donor Services, Director Trauma Center & Neuro ICU at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, named Chief Operating Officer, Donor Alliance, Inc., and July 1, 2020 was named Chief Executive Officer of Donor Alliance. Donor Alliance is a nonprofit, community focused organ procurement organization serving Colorado and most of Wyoming. Jennifer has worked in the organ, eye and tissue donation and transplant field for more than 25 years. Over the last decade, Jennifer helped lead Donor Alliance through an organization-wide performance excellence journey. As a result in 2018, and thanks to Jennifer’s leadership, Donor Alliance was named a Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award winner. It is the highest level of national recognition for performance excellence that a U.S. organization can receive. Donor Alliance boasts some of the highest donor designation rates in the country with Colorado and Wyoming ranking in the top 10 states in the United States. In her role as president and CEO, Jennifer will be responsible for the leadership of all Donor Alliance programs and services. She will also oversee a staff of 146 to effectively serve the nearly 6 million residents in Colorado and Wyoming. Associated with Jennifer’s name is a reoccurring theme of modesty, compassion for others and an exceptional leadership ability. Jennifer’s leadership style is that of collaboration, transparency and high performance to develop her team. Jennifer has and continues to distinguish herself in her chosen field resulting in honor and recognition for herself as well as for the Northmont School Community.
